I’ve had a lot of folks show interest in the idea of mini monkeys so I thought I’d make some and put in my ArtFire shop. The nice thing about Mini Monkeys – apart from their adorable expressions – is their price! At $10 US each who can afford to be without one – or two… or…??? [...] It’s getting close to Giveaway time!! Wanna know who’s up for grabs? This little monkee is the star of my next giveaway. I’m trying to hatch something a little different. A treasure hunt – or should we say Monkee hunt! The hunt will hopefully include clues, or a map, or things [...] Today is the first day of June, not that you’d know it by the weather. Thank [...] For those of us addicted to the Finding Your Voice group there is an ongoing Facebook group which I’ve joined. The principal is the same, one assignment a week, one bead and be sure to comment on other’s beads. The first assignment dealt with mixing up our normal colour scheme. We had to take an image of [...] [...] Beading Times is an online magazine for all things connected to beading. Each month they feature a different Bead Artist and I’m so honoured to announce that they chose me for December’s edition! When I saw what fellow WC-er Maxine had created with her Aardvark Fish Tutorial – take a peek here, and saw what wonderful creations people were posting on the LE forum , I have to confess my will broke completely! I purchased my first ever tutorial. Was it worth the money? You bet [...] I didn’t get them all added on Saturday, so this morning I have cleaned and photographed all my latest cake testers and uploaded some of them to my Art Fire shop . I’m about to send out my first newsletter and wanted to make sure I was well stocked before I did. Here’s the wackiest one so [...] From time to time something goes awry.
